When a design job is commisioned, our designers maintain a constant communication line with the client to ensure the design is perfect and to specification. The process for all design (except websites) job is detailed below :

  • Client commissions a job and makes a 30% non-refundable payment.
  • Designers create 2 samples and send to client within 4 days.
  • Client pick their favourite design.
  • (The last two steps could be repeated if client is not happy with initial drafts, with limitations depending on pack)
  • Designers beef up and improve design chosen and send 2 versions to client 3 days.
  • Client approve 1 design.
  • Designer touch up and send final version to client.
  • Client is happy and pays balance 70%.
  • Company is happy.
The process is smooth and seemless. If the client requires a face to face chat then designer will be happy to meet with the client depending on their location.
